Clark Veterinary Hospital is not a 24 hour facility; there is usually a doctor on the premises from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Mondays and Thursdays, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on Wednesdays, and 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays.
If you have an emergency situation when no doctor is available, there are three places you can call to obtain medical services.
Pieper Memorial Veterinary Center located at 730 Randolph Road, Middletown, CT; phone number 860-347-8387. This facility is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with an experienced veterinary team on the premises at all times.
VETS (Veterinary Emergency Treatment Services) located at 8 Enterprise Lane, Oakdale, CT; phone number 860-444-8870. This facility is open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am, Monday through Thursday, and over the weekend from Friday 5:00 pm to Monday afternoon at 12:00 pm.
Ocean State Veterinary Specialists located at 1480 South County Trail East, Greenwich, RI; phone number 401-886-6787. This service is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
